DEEP MS4 Annual Report Public Notice

 

The City of Danbury has prepared a draft Annual Report for the calendar year 2018 in accordance with the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection General Permit for the Discharge of Stormwater from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems effective July 1, 2017. The Annual Report will be available for public review at the following address on the City website http://www.danbury-ct.gov/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/MS4-Draft-2018-Annual-Report-1.pdf and in the office of the City Engineer in City Hall, 155 Deer Hill Avenue, Danbury during normal business hours starting February 15, 2019. Comments on the draft annual report can be submitted to Director of Public Works/Acting City Engineer Antonio Iadarola, PE until March 19, 2019.
