This free one-year program is open to adults at risk of diabetes in the Greater Danbury community. A certified lifestyle coach will teach the course.

1 in 3 adults have prediabetes and many are not aware. Having prediabetes increases one’s risk of developing type 2 diabetes in the future. This program aims to prevent type 2 diabetes by managing prediabetes through promoting healthy eating, weight management, exercise, motivation, and problem-solving to overcome challenges.
