Food service establishments are required to maintain compliance with the CT Public Health Code 19-13-B42 and B48.

All inspection data is reported on the inspection report form provided by the State of Connecticut. The Compliance Guide for the Food Service Inspection Form can be used as a reference to understanding an establishment’s score and the violation that may have occurred to cause a demerit. Individual inspection reports are available for viewing in our office with an  FOI request.
