Certified Food Protection Manager Course

The Department of Health and Human Services offers a Certified Food Manager course developed by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals (NRFSP). The Certified Food Manager course meets the Connecticut Public Health Code requirements for Qualified Food Operator (QFO) Certification for food service establishments. Certified Food Manager Certificate and re-certification program fees are $160.00 per person. The 8-hour class includes a textbook, examination, and certificate of completion.
