Breathe easy, their 1,500 square foot studio is equipped with bipolar air cleaners, fresh air intake, and an exhaust system. They utilize infrared heat that helps increase circulation, alleviate aches, and revitalize your body with a sense of wellness and warmth from within. beYoga is a Yoga Alliance registered school, offering classes 7 days a week with RYT teachers. Their instructors are exceptionally trained and teach multiple styles, leading classes that are engaging, empowering, and safe for all levels of practice.
